One Third Wish is an acoustic/electric rock duo featuring Linda Cote and Kimberly Spath. Both Linda and Kim are professional musicians who have played in many Baltimore area bands and in regional theater orchestras for several musical productions, and they have been working together in these various projects for over 10 years. Their blend of acoustic and electric guitars, percussion, and tight harmonies gives them a unique and very full sound. One Third Wish plays through a state-of-the-art Bose system that provides a true, crystal clear sound. No fake, karaoke-like accompaniment - everything you will hear is being performed live on stage! The One Third Wish song list includes original material as well as a wide variety of songs spanning the 1960's to today. Their trademark is "unplugging" songs that duos do not typically attempt. Artists they cover include Maroon 5, Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Stevie Nicks, Santana, Pearl Jam, Counting Crows, The Clash, K.T. Tunstall, The Beatles, Foo Fighters, Fleetwood Mac, The Doors, Peter Gabriel, Indigo Girls, Tom Petty, Janis Joplin, Barenaked Ladies, The Pretenders....and many more.
